Six steps. Five of them are yours and take minutes; the one that takes real time is our review, and the way through it quickly is to send the whole checklist at once.
1. Create your account
Sign up with your email address and a password, then confirm the address from the message we send. Nothing else is needed to look around, and confirming it early saves a rejected step later.
2. Tell us about the business
Say what you sell, where you sell it, what an average order is worth and roughly how much you expect to process a month. You also choose here whether you are applying as an individual or as a registered company, which decides what the rest of the checklist asks for.
If a partner introduced you, their code goes in on this form. It can only be credited before your account is approved.
3. Complete the verification checklist
- Your products: name, description, website if you have one, average order value and expected monthly volume.
- Identity: full name, date of birth, nationality, and a government-issued ID with a selfie. A passport is one page; an ID card or licence needs both sides.
- Business, for a registered company: legal name, registration number, country, address and the registration document.
- Bank: account holder, bank name, country and IBAN.
Each step is saved whole, so a step is either sent or still outstanding — your dashboard lists what is missing by name. Documents are stored privately and read only by the people reviewing the application.
4. Review
Most reviews finish within 24 to 48 hours once nothing is missing. If we turn a step down, the reason is on your dashboard, so you fix that one thing and send it again rather than starting over.
5. Take the first payment
An approved account can create a payment link straight away: name the product, price it in AED, and share the link. The payment appears in your dashboard with the customer's name, email address and mobile number. No website needed.
If you have a site or an app, create a secret key in Dashboard → Developers and use a checkout session instead — or the WooCommerce plugin, if that is your shop.
6. Get paid
Add your payout destination in the same legal name as the verified account: a bank account, or a whitelisted wallet if you are settling in stablecoins. Payouts run weekly by default, or on demand once you have a settled processing history.
Worth doing before you go live
- Turn on two-step verification in Settings, and keep the recovery codes somewhere that is not your phone.
- Add a webhook endpoint so your own system hears about a payment even when the customer closes the tab.
- Check the rate on your account in Dashboard → Settings, so the first statement holds no surprises.
- Make one small real payment to yourself, so you have seen the checkout the way your customers will.
