Payouts
Get your money out — to a bank account or straight to crypto.
High-risk merchants rarely just struggle to get approved. They struggle to get paid out: held balances, correspondent banks that sit on a wire for a week, and a payout schedule nobody will explain. Utopia settles to a bank account or to stablecoins, and tells you the schedule up front.
Bank payouts
Settle to your own business account over SWIFT or local rails, in the currency you hold. The account name has to match the verified business or individual on your file — that check is what keeps payouts from being frozen later.
Crypto payouts
Settle in USDT (TRC-20 or ERC-20) or USDC (ERC-20 or Polygon). For merchants whose banking relationships are the bottleneck, this is usually the fastest way to get funds in hand — there is no correspondent bank in the middle to hold the transfer.
- Withdrawal addresses are whitelisted once and confirmed with you before first use.
- Network fees are shown before you confirm, not deducted silently afterwards.
- Every payout gets a transaction hash you can verify on-chain yourself.
Schedule
Weekly by default, or on demand once your account has a settled processing history. Newer or higher-risk accounts may carry a rolling reserve — if that applies to you, the percentage and the release period are agreed during onboarding and written down, never changed on you without notice.
What you need before your first payout
- A verified account — identity, business and bank steps completed.
- A payout destination in the same legal name as the verified account.
- For crypto, a whitelisted wallet address on a supported network.
Fees
Payout fees and any FX spread are agreed during onboarding and shown on every statement. There are no setup fees and no long-term contract.
